It’s been a month since my last indoor 10K Time Trial, so we figured we should have another crack at it.
This one wasn’t as good, for whatever reason. I think I’m going to sign up for the next one to get some additional practice.

Let me talk about that max HR there for a minute. About 3/4’s of the way through I noticed the screen was saying that (ie: 213). I sorta went holy s*it, and I looked down at the monitor that was on the bike and it said 199 (and I’m guessing that is a max for that thing), so I eased up a smidge and took my pulse on my neck. I counted for 15sec then * 4 and came up with about 180, far from 213.
So, I fudged with the HR clip (it clips onto your earlobe) and it sort of did a reset and came back with 182.
Phew.
