Dear Netflix,
Do you think that you could add a feature for the ‘Queue’ page that would show whether or not you’ve shipped a movie to me before?
This will help me remember whether I’ve seen it or not, instead of waiting till it shows up.
Thanks,
Me

Alright.
So I was riding home this evening, around 5 so it was still light out.
There’s this part on the Burke where it splits up into two skinnier one-way paths that are about 3-4 feet wide. In the middle is a little grassy/muddy trough that is about 2 feet wide or so depending on where […]

Is BioFuel really better?

Even the famous Tanjung Puting national park in Kalimantan is being ripped apart by oil planters. The orangutan is likely to become extinct in the wild. Sumatran rhinos, tigers, gibbons, tapirs, proboscis monkeys and thousands of other species could go the same way. Thousands of indigenous people have been evicted from their lands, and some […]

I can see where people who read this kind of thing would be scared to […]

work setup
January 19th, 2006 · No Comments
I suppose I’m gloating a bit here, but I’ve determined that I have quite a nice work setup going on.
What you’ll see there is 2 20″ LCD monitors, the 40gb iPod, a pair of Shure E2c’s (which you’ll just have to trust that one of those cords is indeed that).
What you can’t see are […]

Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Hardware - NaturalĀ® Ergonomic Keyboard 4000
Picked up this gem last week. I’ve had about 50hrs on it now and I totally love it. The selling point for me was the reverse tilt on it (so the back tilts up a bit), much like my beloved Logitech New Touch. […]

New SLA batteries coming?
January 19th, 2006 · No Comments
The invention is a battery comprised of an electrical current collector constructed of carbon or lightweight graphite foam. The graphite material resists corrosion and sulfation build-up, thus contributing […]
