Awhile ago I talked about passion. I’d like to try to elucidate my intentions a bit.I recently attended a concert (by at the moment my favorite DJ). I still can’t get over how much fun he was having, and how that was affecting the crowd (at least me). See the problem here, is that it is a rather derivative concept, that if you love what you do you’ll be happy. I really enjoy watching it when itcrops up, because it seems like it really doesn’t that often. He is definitely full of passion, and it shows. It seems that passion helps drivequality also. If you are passionate about something inevidably you will become very good at it, thus you create things of high quality. Qualityand it’s relative value will have to wait for another discussion. (It seems to me though that a large part of quality can be attributed to havinga complete understanding of the basics of whatever skill it is you excel at)
