So I am sure I've started my day as quite a few of you have.

I've turned on the tv to some horrific news. It seems like the space shuttle Columbia has been lost. At this point it is unconfirmed, but it doesn't look good.

Watching the images can nothing but make your stomach turn. It seems these days that NASA and space explorationhave taken such a back burner these days.(and unfortunately so to things like American Idol, Survivor, and the bachelorette)

My heart goes out to the familes of the crew. They are true heros
